Um sexism sucks. It sucks even harder when its institutional. Its somewhat easy to brush off some douchefuck saying that all women and only women are whiney/not smart enough/should be hairless. But it’s harder to challenge and stop the harmful messages objectifiying women in advertising, or the difficulty for a woman or anyone with a vagina to get the health care (reproductive and otherwise) they need.
Sexism also sucks because it is intertwined with racism, ableism, classism, violence and other shitty things that many societies have become systematically far too good at upholding. And we must destroy the status fucking quo.
