The problem is the translation. French doesn’t have a standard word for gender; sex and gender are both “le sex” (although in queer circles one would use “le genre” to refer to gender). If the poster were describing what we call a sex toy, the phrase would be “jouet sexuel” instead of “sexué”. “Je ne suis pas un jouet sexué”...
